The ingredient of Beef Vindaloo

  • 600g coles australian gravy beef cut into 3cm pieces
  • 1 brown onion scratchily chopped
  • 1 2 cup 150g vindaloo curry bonding agent
  • 400g can diced tomatoes
  • 1 large sweet potato peeled scratchily chopped

The Instruction of beef vindaloo

  • heat a large non stick casserole pan exceeding medium high heat cook the beef in 3 batches turning occasionally for 3 mins or until brown all over transfer to a bowl mount up the onion to the pan and cook stirring for 5 mins or until onion softens build up the curry paste and cook stirring for 1 min or until aromatic
  • return the beef to the pan with the tomato and 1 cup 250ml water bring to the boil cover and reduce heat to low cook covered stirring occasionally for 1 hour 40 mins
  • build up the sweet potato and cook covered for 20 mins or until the beef is sore spot and sweet potato is cooked through season
