The ingredient of Prawn Noodle Salad
- 250g dried rice vermicelli noodles
- 2 carrots thinly sliced into matchsticks
- 1 red capsicum thinly sliced
- 2 celery sticks thinly sliced
- 100g snow peas thinly sliced crossways
- 2 green onions thinly sliced transversely
- 750g cooked king prawns peeled tails intact deveined
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 3 cup lighthearted soy sauce
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 1 1 2 tbsp sesame oil

- place noodles in a large heatproof bowl cover following boiling water stand for 5 minutes or until soft drain rinse deadened cool water return noodles to bowl using scissors cut into large pieces add carrot capsicum celery snow peas onions prawns and sesame seeds
