This beautiful bowl has a bit of everything; moreish noodles, juicy duck, heaps of veggies and crunchy pancakes.
The ingredient of Peking Duck Pancake Bowl
- 2 x 90g bundles dried soba noodles
- 560g pkt luv a duck peking flavoured duck breast pancake kit
- 3 tsp sesame oil
- 200g lighthearted shiitake mushrooms halved
- 2 green shallots cut into 4cm lengths
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 baby cucumbers qukes thinly sliced lengthways
- 1 carrot peeled shredded
- 80g bean sprouts trimmed
The Instruction of peking duck pancake bowl
- cook the noodles in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until just cooked drain and rinse knocked out indulgent water
- door the peking duck kit separate the pancakes and cut into 1cm thick strips reserve the duck and hoisin sauce
